No order will be shipped until full payment is received.
Payment is via PayPal only, we currently do not except payment by any other means.
We have a minimum order level of three items.
We are a wholesale site only and therefore retain the right to check and refuse an order if we feel you are not a genuine retailer. In these circumstances a full refund will be given.
Great care is taken to make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Please remeber that the jewellery is handcrafted and natural gemstone is used therefore you may fine a slight difference in colour and shape etc. However if you have a need to contact us with a problem on repciet of your order we ask that you do so within 24 hours or we will be unable to help.
We do not except returns unless contacted within 24 hours of delivery.
All orders are sent Royal Mail special next day delivery.
