We are happy to refund any item (excluding earrings for pierced ears) returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Items must not have been worn and still be in the original condition and packaging. The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer and insured as World-Jewellery cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
Postal charges will not be refunded.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
